Terms of service.

Payment Terms: A deposit of 30% of the total quoted amount is required prior to the commencement of any work. This deposit secures the booking and initiates the production process. The remaining balance is payable upon completion of the project unless otherwise agreed in writing. Payments can be made via bank transfer. Note: This payment structure does not apply to builders or contractors with pre-existing agreements in place.

Validity of Quote: Your quote is valid for 30 days from the date issued. Prices and availability of materials are subject to change after this period.

Lead Time: Estimated lead time for materials and installation is 2-3 weeks from the date the deposit is received. Delays caused by factors beyond our control (e.g., supply chain issues) will be communicated promptly.

Damage Liability: Bendigo Shower Screens is not liable for any damage caused by pre-existing structural issues, hidden defects, or conditions beyond our control. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that the worksite is structurally sound and free from issues that could affect the installation process.

Site Access & Conditions: The Client must provide safe, unobstructed access and free power where required. The Client is responsible for protecting finishes and belongings; we are not liable for damage where reasonable protection was not provided.

Warranty: We provide a 7-year warranty on workmanship and manufacturer warranties on materials where applicable. Warranty does not cover:

  • Misuse, neglect, or unauthorised modifications.

  • Damage caused by structural movement, building defects, or other trades.

  • Normal wear and tear or silicone deterioration over time.
